Graham Bennett, an experienced and well-known commercial property lawyer on the South Coast, has joined Blake Morgan as a legal director in the real estate team at Chandler's Ford. He was formerly a partner at Shoosmiths for more than 20 years.
Bennett is a specialist in the legal aspects of the purchase, sale and development of commercial property for a range of clients including private property investors, developers, local authorities and retailers.
His client roster includes household names such as Forelle Estates, Southampton City Council, RBS, HSBC, Vivergo Fuels, Selex and Esso Petroleum.
