Southampton-based Hybrid Legal has signed 20 clients to its distinctive Legal Plus plan in just six months. Setting out to challenge the legal profession’s status quo, the plan offers clients the transparency of fixed fees.

Managing director Ryan Lisk said: “Our ethos is to help clients grow. By spreading the cost of legal services through our novel monthly fixed-fee plan we can help their cashflow. We provide our clients with the best of both worlds: the high-quality advice of a premium law firm, combined with the benefit of a commercially-focused fixed-fee service.”

The clients include an international aerospace business, a Brazilian restaurant chain, a brand experience agency, a tech start up, and most recently a London events-and-exhibition studio.

Services include advising on company corporate structures, drafting and advising on commercial contracts, protecting intellectual property and providing a wide range of support and services on employment law.
