CBRE’s Southampton office has strengthened its national valuation advisory team with the appointment of two new directors.

Emma Eaglestone has been appointed a senior director and Stephen Knight a director, with effect from 3rd December 2020. Eaglestone and Knight joined CBRE from JLL.

Eaglestone has over 20 years’ experience providing valuation advice for the private sector, registered social landlords and local authorities across the South Coast. Her work focuses on development strategies, advising on deliverability and viability appraisals as well as loan security valuations for major residential development schemes with values in excess of £150 million. Much of Eaglestone’s affordable housing work is centred around portfolio stock valuations, development and account valuations of all sizes.

Knight has worked closely with both the affordable housing sector and major funders of residential schemes throughout the South Central region. Much of his work includes Red Book valuations for loan security, development appraisals, portfolio investments, student blocks and Built to Rent/PRS.

James Brounger, managing director of CBRE Southampton commented: “The appointment of two new directors to CBRE’s valuation team will expand our offering to clients substantially. Emma and Steve have excellent track records within residential valuation across both the private and public sectors. Their experience will bring a broader reach to our existing capabilities throughout the region and we welcome them to the south central team.”
