Southampton-based Sillence Hurn Building Consultancy has welcomed new additions to the team as it continues to scale across the South East and London.

The company has grown threefold since it was founded in 2019 thanks to its rapidly expanding client base and a strong pipeline of work. It provides building surveying and project management solutions to commercial clients around the UK, working alongside landlords, occupiers, developers, lenders, and agents.

This month, Sillence Hurn welcomed Lisa Ashton (right), Business Development Executive and Harjit Johal (left), Building Surveyor. Both have worked within the property sector across the region.

Alex Hurn, Managing Director of Sillence Hurn, said: "Our biggest asset is our people. Thanks to their positive attitudes, dedication, and loyalty we continue to champion client experience and offer solutions at every stage of a client's property lifecycle.

"From the day a client first engages with the brand to the day their project comes to fruition - we are there every step of the way, providing solutions and advice.

"Thanks to sustained and expected growth, we are continually recruiting in all areas of the business as we expand across the South East, London, and further afield. A big welcome to Lisa and Harjit who join the company at this exciting stage.”
