Southampton: Acorn Enterprise Centre answers demand for flexible workspace
Following the redevelopment of the Acorn Enterprise Centre in West Itchen, Southampton, Goadsby Commercial – acting on behalf of West Itchen Community Trust – has reported a string of lettings of both the office and workshop space.
Acorn Enterprise Centre is a new development fronting Empress Road, providing 18 purpose-built workshops and 12 first-floor offices with the units benefiting from allocated parking, cycle storage, on-site CCTV and secure gating.
Ranging from 280 to 657 sq ft, Acorn Enterprise Centre’s units are available by way of inclusive licences and offer flexible easy-in-easy-out occupation terms.
