Lambert Smith Hampton has strengthened its office advisory team on the South Coast with the appointment of Oliver Hockley.

Hockley, previously a member of the commercial property team at Fasset, based at Langstone Technology Park, Havant, joins LSH as a surveyor.

He will support the team led by Andy Hodgkinson, director of office advisory, while completing on-the-job APC training to become a chartered surveyor.

Hockley will be based at LSH’s Southampton office, working on a range of leasing, occupier acquisitions and office development deals along the coast. During the period covered by the latest EGi Awards, run by Estates Gazette, the LSH team was again voted most active agent for Hampshire having transacted more deals and more floor space than all other agents in the region.

Hodgkinson said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ollie to the team as our award-winning team continues to lead the way during exciting and fast-moving times in the South Coast office market.”

Lambert Smith Hampton, with offices in Fareham and Southampton, is a multi-award-winning commercial property specialist and a leader on the South Coast in the industrial property, office space, retail and investment markets.
