The South Coast Commercial Property Show at Southampton’s Ageas Hilton on 11 November will bring together key stakeholders to promote and encourage inward investment and development into the region.
An economic update by the Bank of England, along with presentations from leading real estate practitioners will provide in-depth views on capital markets and commercial property sectors, including industrial and logistics, offices, retail and leisure, and residential sectors.
Speakers confirmed to date are:
• Florence Hubert, Bank of England, presenting a market report on the economy
• Kevin Marsh, Savills, on the retail and leisure sector
• Dan Rawlings, LSH, on the industrial sector
• Russel Miller, Vail Williams, on investment
• Nella Pang, Omega RE, on the office market
The show’s organiser Lucy Richmond said: “The inaugural event in 2019 combined insightful keynote and state-of-the-market talks, great food and invaluable networking opportunities.”
There will be plenty for delegates to discuss as the Solent Free Port, the extension of Southampton International Airport runway and changes in how people work all provide opportunities across commercial property sectors that reinforce the importance of the south coast in the UK’s wider economic performance.
The show's main sponsor is Spectrum Workplace, with 2Teck the co-sponsor, and The Business Magazine is the media partner. Southampton City Council is one of the lunch sponsors.
Spectrum Workplace is a Havant-based office interiors company with over 40 years of experience in the design of inspirational workplaces.
2Teck is a Waterloo-based mechanical and electrical company, with an aftercare service and maintenance division, that provides professional electrical, air conditioning, communications and mechanical services.
