Nominations are now open for The Business Magazine's South Coast Property Awards

The Business Magazine is delighted to confirm nominations are now being accepted for The South Coast Property Awards 2022.

The gala event will be held on September 29th at Southampton's Hilton at the Ageas Bowl.

This edition of our annual celebration of planning, property deals and residential and commercial property developments will be our largest to date, with awards available in 18 categories.

The Business Magazine is offering awards across a wide sprectrum of categories: From Architectural Practice of the Year to Property Law Firm of the Year, Regeneration Project of the Year, Housebuilder of the Year, we'ce also provided awards for young property person of the year, outstanding contribution and a community impact award.

Our awards cover the entire property sector spectrum.

These additional accolades are in recognition of the ambition, resilience and innovation which characterise the Southeast property sector.

Attendees, nominees and of course the eventual winners will be treated to drinks reception and a three course meal at the ceremony at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl on September 29th. There they will participate in a celebration of property and construction among the cream of professional talent from agents to developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers and dealmakers in the region.

The South Coast Property Awards, headline sponsored by Amiri, are now in their fifth annual iteration. Having already established the event as the leading celebration of property, construction and associated sales in the Solent region, this year’s awards are set to be our largest celebration to date.
