A chartered surveyor former head of agency at Jones Lang LaSalle, Southampton, who created a commercial advisory company while on maternity leave, has launched the fruits of her labour, Omega RE.

As the coronavirus pandemic took hold, Nella Pang saw how it was affecting the way a lot of businesses operate. Using her background in the commercial property market she founded Omega RE to offer clients, landlords and occupiers across the South Coast something different: corporate knowledge with a personal level of service.

Pang said: “Real estate is the most expensive part of a business so whether clients are looking to expand or contract, we can help them through the process with a personalised approach that’s tailored to their specific requirements.

"Covid-19 has impacted the way businesses operate, how customers communicate, and generally how people interact with one another. Entire populations were put into lockdown and a full digitised environment became essential for businesses to operate.

"It highlights the businesses that were ready for change and who had the ability to adapt quickly and those that were not ready. As we discover the new way of working, one thing for sure is this new digital reality is here to stay.”

Based from Omega RE headquarters in the heart of Southampton, Pang is available full-time to provide independent advice and professional support to businesses, landlords and occupiers in Basingstoke, Winchester, Eastleigh, Southampton, Portsmouth, and Bournemouth.

Pang continued: "We're 100% committed to getting the best results for our clients, watching them thrive, and making their property goals a reality."

What makes Omega RE different?

The personal approach: Rather than being a faceless corporation, Pang created Omega RE to offer clients the best of both worlds - corporate knowledge delivered with a personal touch.

It's all about the client: Omega RE takes the time to understand each client's specific property needs. As a result, clients get a bespoke solution rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Experience you can trust: Omega RE offers clients over 16 years' international experience of the commercial property market which empowers Pang to offer clients 'outside the box' solutions.

Bucking the trend: In a male-oriented industry where women hold just 19% of executive positions and only 2% have any real power, Omega RE founder Pang is proud to own, lead and drive the business

Refreshingly sustainable

Omega RE's commitment to thinking outside the box extends beyond its advice and the way it does business. It's dedicated to finding the best solutions for both clients and the environment.

Its sustainable innovation also includes business cards made from plantable paper embedded with seeds. Once clients have added Omega RE's contact details to their phone, they can plant the business card in soil and watch it blossom and thrive.
