Leading commercial property specialist Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has added surveyor Keith Marwood to its expanding retail agency on the South Coast.
Marwood, who is experienced in commercial agency, professional practice and property management, joins LSH’s retail team, from Keygrove Chartered Surveyors. He will advise landlords and occupiers in the sector while completing his studies for the APC Chartered Surveyor qualification.
Alex Hirst, associate director – retail agency at LSH’s south coast offices, said: “Keith joins us at a challenging but exciting time for retail, as the sector experiences well-documented structural changes on the high street while enjoying opportunities in growth areas including roadside and out of town centre schemes.
“We are pleased to welcome him to our growing team, building on the local knowledge and expertise that sets us apart from the rest, and on our reputation with landlords and occupiers as the leading retail agency in the region.”
Lambert Smith Hampton, which has offices in Fareham and Southampton, is a multi-award-winning commercial property specialist and has the largest transactional team in the Solent region, with 13 specialists working in the industrial property, office space, retail, leisure and investment markets.
