In its South Central region, CBRE has promoted Nick Tutton to director in the agency team; Dan Dempsey to associate director in specialist markets; and Liam Small to senior surveyor in lease consultancy.

Tutton has over 14 years’ experience handling industrial and office agency letting, acquisitions and disposals across the south coast for both investors and occupiers. He has been involved in a number of high-profile transactions such as the recent acquisition of over 300,000 sq ft of new build warehouse space in Bognor Regis for Rolls Royce, and the acquisition of the 90,000 sq ft former office headquarters building of B&Q for Ageas Insurance.

Dempsey joined CBRE in 2011 as part of the national specialist markets team focusing on the licensed and leisure sector providing both valuation consultancy and brokerage services.  Over the past three years, Dempsey has expanded his remit to cover specialist markets both regionally and nationally.

Small joined the lease consultancy team in 2013 where he provides advice and representation to a number of corporate occupiers as well as range of landlords including private investors and pensions fund in respect of their rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears.

Commenting on the promotions, James Brounger, regional managing director for CBRE, Southampton, said: “These latest promotions are thoroughly deserved and are in recognition of each of their achievements. The South Central region has seen a substantial increase in activity during 2014, and these promotions reflect our continued investment across all our service lines.”
