Salisbury, Southampton and Poole-based solicitors firm Trethowans has leapt into the New Year with the expansion of its residential property team.
Samantha Horsfield has joined the company as a solicitor and will be responsible for ensuring those buying or selling their homes have the best legal advice, along with a smooth service that takes the stress of legal paperwork off their shoulders.
Horsfield has a wealth of experience in both the residential and commercial property sectors, having previously held roles with The Property Ombudsman and other regional legal firms.
She said: “Working in residential property is so rewarding. People, particularly first-time buyers, are so excited about buying a new home and seeing the smile on their faces when we seal the deal is undoubtedly the best part of my job. My personal mission is to make every transaction as stress-free as possible for my clients, no matter how quickly they need to move.”
Tim Higham, partner and head of residential property at Trethowans, said: “We are delighted to welcome Samantha to our team at this very important time of expansion. With the Government driving the building of new homes and schemes such as Help to Buy proving popular, we are predicting 2016 will be a big year for our residential property team.”
