SO Resi unveils new Bracknell apartments

Housing Association SO Resi has launched a new site offering a range of one- and two-bed apartments in Bracknell.

The town, which has performed well in previous recessions, is a popular commuter spot due to its links to hubs like London Waterloo, Heathrow and Reading.

Bracknell is also currently receiving considerable investment into its leisure and education ventures including The Lexicon shopping centre and £30 million upgrade to Princess Square.

Available through a shared ownership model which allows buyers to purchase a share as small as 25 per cent with a 5 per cent deposit, the apartments all feature a private balcony or terrace, with prices starting at £61,875.

Kush Rawal, Director of Residential Investment at SO Resi, said: “More than ever, where you decide to invest your money in property is a key decision given the current economic climate. Bracknell has long proved itself a resilient area to external forces in the property market, with our apartments offering an accessible and affordable route into the area.

“We are seeing time and time again that prospective buyers are fed up of renting but feel priced out of these commuter hotspots. SO Resi Bracknell gives people that opportunity to invest in their ideal location and start their homeownership journey without the stress of saving up for an extortionate deposit which, for many people, is currently unattainable.”
