SEGRO, Europe’s leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, has announced that Lailey & Coates is to establish its new business and head office on the Slough Trading Estate.
A distributor of British heat pumps, Lailey & Coates officially launched at the Ecobuild conference earlier this year. The company will be occupying 5,890 sq ft at 951 Yeovil Road, on a five-year lease, which will be used for development, distribution and storage, as well as offering repairs for heat pumps and associated products.
David Brogden, Lailey & Coates chief executive, said: “The high-quality infrastructure in place here at the Estate makes it an ideal environment for setting up a new business. Being located in a place with such great connectivity allows us to be easily accessible to our customers and distribute our products more widely.”
Louisa Kington of SEGRO added: “We are delighted to welcome Lailey & Coates to the Estate. Our great location, outstanding facilities and flexible leasing terms enable us to attract a variety of customers to add to the already-diverse range of businesses located here.”
