Flexible offices provider Citibase has signed for 13,000 sq ft at Slough's Urban Building.
Slough is Citibase’s ninth business centre launch in the past 12 months. It is the company’s third centre in the Thames Valley area, following last month’s opening of the Citibase High Wycombe, and Citibase Reading, which is housed in the Grade II listed Wyvols Court.
Citibase CEO Steve Jude said: “Citibase Slough is the latest example of a client awarding us a management contract to transform part of their building into a thriving hub of start-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurs as well as larger corporates. This time we have done so in partnership with one of the UK’s biggest property funds, who decided to set aside dedicated space in their building specifically for a flexible office operator.”
