BuylineLtd, a retail point of sale finance provider for the SME and mid-market, has taken on extra space at Elmbridge Court, Gloucester on a five-year lease as part of expansion plans.
The business currently occupies another office on the park. THP Chartered surveyors and Colliers’ southwest National Offices team, on behalf of London & Scottish Property Investment Management, has let 1,795 sq ft office space to Buyline.
Elmbridge Court currently only has three units left.
Richard Crabb, Director at THP, said: “Given the exceptional quality of these office spaces, with well connected transport links, we anticipate that BuylineLtd will thrive in their new vibrant workplace. “
James Preece, Director at Colliers, added: “The offices that we are currently still letting will offer businesses the opportunity to open an office in a best in class environment.”
Huw Phillips (CEO) at BuyLineLtd added: "Elmbridge court has been a great location for Buyline as due to its transport links, we can attract staff from all over the south west and Wales. It’s a lovely green space environment which our staff love in the summer and the move to expand within the park was a simple one for us as it gives us options to further grow in the future.”
