The 219,000 sq ft office building is home to the likes of Yell, Pegasystems and Osborne Clarke.
Aaron Pope, asset manager at M&G Real Estate, said: “Forbury Place offers first-class facilities that cater to the growing demand for Grade ‘A’ office accommodation in the Thames Valley region. With the forthcoming completion of Crossrail in 2019, we see demand continuing to grow and ultimately even more interest in office developments such as Forbury Place.
“The continuing commitment from such high-calibre tenants is a clear reflection of the quality of the offering at No 3 Forbury Place.”
Christopher Richmond, head of real estate at PwC, added: “PwC is delighted to announce it has leased additional space at 3 Forbury Place to accommodate business growth and to reinforce the Reading office status as a national centre within our network.”
