Reading: New office to open as agents join Hollis Hockley
Three well-known South East office agents have joined Neil Hockley as equity partners at Hollis Hockley, a leading practice in the region.
Chris Barrs is leaving Avison Young and Rhodri Shaw and Jeremy Metcalfe are leaving BNP Paribas Real Estate to join the group which is a leading player in the M3 market.
The trio will spearhead expansion to offer a Western Corridor focus, with a Reading office set to be opened to augment the Farnborough and Basingstoke offices.
Market sources said the team is preparing to launch advising on one of the largest portfolios of business park space in the Western Corridor market.
The parties declined to comment.
Hollis Hockley advises on office, industrial and retail properties on the M3 corridor with its regional expertise traditionally covering the Blackwater Valley towns (Camberley, Frimley, Farnborough, Fleet, Aldershot and Farnham) and Basingstoke, Hook, Alton, Andover and Winchester.
