Arlington has received planning consent from Reading Borough Council for an 155,289 sq ft warehouse logistics park at the gateway to Reading.
Reading International Logistics Park is located adjacent to Junction 11 of the M4 and will comprise four industrial/warehouse units ranging in sizes from 24,150 sq ft up to 65,787 sq ft.
George Wilson, development surveyor at Arlington, said: "The location is excellent for logistics operations given the proximity to the motorway junction and being on the main route in to Reading, making it ideal for last mile delivery. There’s a shortage of high quality stock in the Thames Valley we will be looking to bring the scheme forward during 2021 to support the clear demand in this sector."
