The Reading office of Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has added to its team with the appointment of Mitchel Flaherty as an agency surveyor and Rachel Wilkinson as a team administrator.

Flaherty joins LSH from Romans Professional Services, a local surveying firm. As part of the Reading-agency team, he will be working across the office and industrial markets, carrying out disposals and acquisitions within the Reading and Bracknell area.

Wilkinson has been appointed to provide full secretarial and administrative support to the agency team.  She will be responsible for keeping the office’s records and contacts up to date, ensuring that the team runs efficiently and effectively, in addition to helping organise meetings and internal events. Before joining LSH, she held roles within the marine, oil-and-gas and aviation markets.

Tom Fletcher, head of the Reading office, said: “We are delighted to be expanding our highly-successful team and I have no doubt that both Mitchel and Rachel will make a significant contribution to its continued success.”
