Thames Valley law firm Blandy & Blandy is set to host a seminar on 'Commercial Leases – Protecting Your Interests and Avoiding the Pitfalls' alongside commercial property agents Vail Williams this spring.
Partners from the firm’s planning & environmental and commercial property teams, joined by a guest speaker from Vail Williams, will examine the opportunities, challenges and risks facing property investors, owners and occupiers and managing agents in respect of commercial lease transactions.
The seminar will be held at Reading Borough Council’s offices from 5pm on Thursday April 23. It follows 2019’s popular seminar series which focused on development land projects and a recent Reading 2020 and Beyond event, which welcomed guest speaker Giorgio Framalicco, deputy director of planning, transport & regulatory services at Reading Borough Council.
