Cheltenham-headquartered property management group Fraser Allen Estate Management has made the final shortlist in three categories at this year’s Property Management Awards.

Jodie Fraser, founder of Fraser Allen Estate Management - which has a second branch in Bristol - has been shortlisted in the Regional Property Manager of the Year and Professional of the Year categories. Her colleague, Alice Baker, has been shortlisted in the New Property Manager of the Year category.

“It’s always an honour to be recognised by industry peers for this year’s Property Management Awards,” Jodie, who lives near Bristol, said. “To be shortlisted means so much to me, especially after a hard few years in business.

She continues: “This year's award nominations are a testament to the hard work of myself and the team and how we have all pulled together over the last year to build a strong team and stronger business.”

The prestigious industry event is in its 14th year. It was established by News on the Block, a building management trade magazine that aims to provide help and advice to flat owners and professionals working in the residential flat industry. A statement announcing the finalists on its website read:

“We are excited to announce the shortlist for 2023. Our judges spent several days reviewing all entries and meeting to confirm the final shortlist for 2023. We would like to extend our thanks to all of our judges for their time and support.

All of the shortlisted companies are truly outstanding, and represent the best of the property management industry. Good luck to all of our finalists.”

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Thursday November 23, at HAC (Honorable Artillery Company) in London.

Jodie has already enjoyed industry recognition this year – a testament to the values and hard work that she and her team put into the business. In October, she was awarded Property Management CEO of the Year in CEO Monthly highlighting individuals who are pushing the boundaries in their industries, and consistently proving their company is the best of the best in their field.

In May, she was awarded Most Trusted Specialist Residential Block Management Company – England, and Best Residential Block Management Specialists – South West England in the SME News Business Elite Awards, which highlight contributions made by businesses to various sectors and industries.

In the last couple of years, she has won a Pandemic Response Award, was Highly Commended for Regional Property Manager of the Year and was a finalist for Property Management Company of the Year. Last year, she was a finalist in three categories – Boutique Property Management Company of the Year; Influencer of the Year and Customer Service Award – at the Property Management Awards.

Jodie hopes that by winning high-profile awards she can help to inspire other women to become successful in a sector that is still very male-dominated.

And whatever the outcome of this year’s awards, Jodie is focused on delivering the very best service: “Our plans for the coming year are to continue to serve our clients, but to also work more in the wellbeing space to help and coach new property managers.”
