Prime Worcester business park hits the market
A new business park in Worcestershire is being brought to market.
KWB Office Agency is jointly marketing the new development with JLL on behalf of developer Worcester Parkway Business Park Limited.
The 10-acre development is in Norton next to Worcestershire Parkway railway station and less than 1.5 miles from Junction 7 of the M5. It will consist of Grade A open plan office buildings to let that can accommodate up to 1500 staff.
Planning permission has already been secured for the first three storey, 36,000 sq ft building and floors from 11,500 sq ft are available. Plans are also in place for a further 130,000 sq ft of office space and a proposed 1500-space, multi storey car park.
The business park is part of a sustainable new town at Worcestershire Parkway station proposed in the South Worcestershire Development Plan. Eventually it will include thousands of new homes and schools, heath facilities, shops, employment space, sports facilities, and green areas.
Malcolm Jones, head of KWB Office agency, said: “Worcestershire Parkway Business Park is set to be one of the county’s best office locations due to its superb location close to the railway station and the M5 motorway.
“It will make an ideal base for high profile businesses needing flexible, ESG-friendly space, in a new business park environment.”
Stennard Harrison, managing director of Worcester Parkway Business Park Limited, added: “I’m pleased to have seen the marketing boards go up on site recently and look forward to welcoming our first occupiers."
