Simon Hake has joined Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell as an associate director in the agency team.
Having worked in the commercial property industry for more than 10 years, Hake has held surveying roles with a UK housebuilder, international commercial property surveyors based in Germany and a regional private practice as commercial agent.
Commenting on Simon’s appointment, director Tom Holloway said: “We are delighted to welcome Simon to Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell. His experience in a number of commercial property fields is a great addition to our existing offering across the region as the business continues to expand both its geographic reach and client instructions.”
Hake studied a BSc (Hons) in property development at Portsmouth University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a registered valuer.
He lives in the Winchester area and covers all aspects of agency work along the M27, M3 and A3 corridors.
