Sibbett Gregory, acting jointly with Lambert Smith Hampton, announce the sale of a prime 4.9 acre commercial development site known as Summit Business Park, Old Wareham Road, Poole.

The site, which has planning consent for a new motor dealership at the front together with industrial units behind, has been sold to Bracken Group of Poole.

Rod & Greg Taylor of Bracken Group incorporating Bracken Developments was formed in excess of 30 years ago. They have an established reputation for undertaking high quality residential developments throughout the area and are now keen to extend their development activities into the commercial market. The acquisition of Summit Business Park, using their own cash funds, forms part of this strategy.

Bracken is proposing to commence development at Summit Business Park in the near future and has already received a number of encouraging enquiries for a variety of uses.

Sibbett Gregory has been retained by Bracken Group as marketing agents.
