Poole residential development picks up three awards
A luxury residential development with views across Poole harbour in Dorset has picked up a hat-trick of accolades at the UK property awards 2023-2024.
Developers London Land Group said "The Waterfront Poole" at West Quay Marina had been recognised for its excellence in architectural design and development in the categories of architecture multiple residence, apartment development and residential development 20+ units.

The homes lie along Upton Lake and comprise 1, 2, 3 bed and penthouse duplex apartments.
There is also an entrance lobby and concierge, communal courtyard with office pods, two furnished resident club lounges and exclusive roof terraces.

Benchmark Architects, which designed the project, will be honoured on November 10 this year at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square.
They will also find out whether they will go head-to-head against winners from Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, and Asia Pacific in the International Property Awards, culminating in an awards ceremony at the end of 2023.
