Legal & General’s Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF) is undertaking a significant refurbishment of Chantry Park on Cowley Road in Poole, Dorset.
National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been instructed by Legal & General to market the newly-refurbished units on Chantry Park, together with Sibbett Gregory.
Chantry Park is situated in a prominent position on Cowley Road, a main arterial route through the Nuffield Industrial Estate, one of Poole's most popular industrial locations situated three miles to the north of Poole town centre.
The estate consists of 13 units ranging from 1,213sqft to 3,760 sq ft. IPIF’s refurbishment of the units has now completed, including full exterior and interior refurbishment, new roofs and electric loading doors.
Elise Evans, senior surveyor in LSH’s south coast office, said: “Legal & General has made a significant investment in the Chantry Park refurbishment in order to meet the demand from occupiers looking to purchase or lease good quality units in an excellent location.
“We anticipate strong demand from owner occupiers who have been renting elsewhere and are now looking to buy as a result of the improved economy and increasing availability of funding from banks and other sources.”
