Following its initial launch in March last year, Goadsby Commercial has further enhanced the marketing of Inland Plc’s proposed new office scheme at Carter Quay to coincide with the construction of the first phase of residential development on the site.

The scheme comprises two office buildings to be known as Quayside House and Carter’s Place with floor areas of approximately 70,000 sq ft and 22,600 sq ft respectively, together with on-site parking.

Bill Parker of Goadsby Commercial commented: “These two office buildings have been designed to a very high standard with a specification that will meet the requirements of today’s office users. Feature elevations and open plan floors with excellent natural daylight make them very attractive. The proximity of the town centre public transport is another major plus point. The individual floor sizes of approximately 14,000 sq ft in Quayside House makes it one of the largest floor plates available in the conurbation, which will be particularly attractive to corporate occupiers.”

Quayside House is located at the entrance to the Carters Quay development with a glass curtain wall entrance tower and a balcony on top offering 360 degree views. Carter’s Place, the smaller building, has balconies directly facing onto the waterfront to all upper floors.
