Andrew Williams, managing director of Boyer, said: "We are very pleased to be in a position to grow Boyer through internal promotions, which recognises the considerable achievements of these five individuals. Furthermore in giving them new responsibilities, it creates future opportunities for others within the business.

"The newly created position of Executive Director gives additional responsibilities to Grant and Karen, who have both played a significant role in the growth of the business It allows them to work more strategically across Boyer and LRG nationally while also refocusing and developing the roles of their team members.

"In promoting Lawrence Turner in Bristol and Simon Barry in Cardiff, we are well positioned to develop the business in the west, an area which has seen considerable growth in the last year.
