MEPC has signed CCF, part of Travis Perkins, for a warehouse at Milton Park in Oxfordshire.

The 27,785 sq ft warehouse at 124 Olympic Avenue has been fully refurbished and comprises two electric loading doors, a service yard, secure compound and office facilities.

Milton Park comprises 1,350,000 sq ft of industrial space with 150,000 sq ft of this available across two buildings - 183 Park Drive (60,000 sq ft) and 187 Park Drive (90,000 sq ft).

Jo Szegota, commercial manager at MEPC, said: “CCF is a great addition to the Milton Park tenant roster and shows how attractive the park is to industrial occupiers. The company’s new branch, at the recently-refurbished unit at 124 Olympic Avenue, is extremely well located due to its close proximity to the A34, and enables CCF to efficiently serve local industry.

“We received very strong interest in this building, which illustrates the continuing strength in demand for industrial units; particularly from companies in the housebuilding and commercial construction sector operating in this rapidly-growing region. We wish CCF many years of success.”

Ben Thurland, branch manager at CCF Didcot, said: “The great location of the business park best places the team to provide outstanding service to support specifiers and contractors in the Oxfordshire area. We aim to make each customer visit at this new branch as valuable as possible by offering a wide range of products, including exclusive access to Tradeline drywall solutions and Sektor interior systems.”
