Travel website TripAdvisor has instructed Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) to scour South Oxfordshire for a new office of between 25,000 sq ft and 35,000 sq ft.

US company TripAdvisor, which currently has two separate businesses located in Oxford, wants to expand its offices in the area and the new instruction is a growth-led requirement.

The LSH Thames Valley team was approached by TripAdvisor following publication of its annual 'Thames Valley Office Market' report, which analyses dominant commercial property trends in the region over the past 18 months.

Kevin Wood of LSH’s Oxford office said: “The Thames Valley agency team has acquired over a million sq ft for international companies in the region over the past few years and we are pleased to be helping yet another big brand to find a new home in the Oxford and South Oxfordshire area. We are even more pleased that the connection was made via our Thames Valley report.

“As a national company, with strong regional expertise, we have an in-depth knowledge of Oxfordshire’s commercial property market and we are looking forward to using this knowledge and experience to help TripAdvisor find the perfect office space.”

Founded in 2000, TripAdvisor has become the world's largest online travel site.
