Oxford Technology Park set to welcome new leasing

Life Science REIT has announced the letting of of 5,551 square feet of space at the Innovation Quarter, part of Oxford Technology Park.

The space is being let to Quantum Advanced Solutions Limited, a company focused on the manufacturing and development of quantum dot sensors and materials.

Quantum Solutions will pay an annual rent of £0.12m, equivalent to £22 per square foot, for ten years. Additionally, the agreement includes a break clause and a rent review at the end of the fifth year.

Established in 2017, Quantum Solutions has been growing rapidly and has chosen Oxford for its new facilities to be closer to existing and prospective customers, the likes of which include Merck KGaA, Panasonic Corporation, Nordson, Sony, Imec and the University of Oxford.

Marat Lutfullin, CEO at Quantum Advanced Solutions said: "This signifies a pivotal moment for Quantum Solutions, as we embark on a significant expansion of our R&D and manufacturing efforts to bring our sensor and materials products to an increasingly global customer base.
