Leo Silver has joined the Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) Oxfordshire team to work within the professional services, property management and agency departments.

He will be working closely with the head of valuation and lease advisory David Gilbert.

After gaining extensive business experience in the Oxford market, Silver completed a masters degree in real estate at the University of Reading.

He commented: “Out of the commercial property companies in the Thames Valley, LSH stood out as the one with the best career prospects. David is the UK’s most respected lease advisory expert, so to be working closely with him has taught me a huge amount in just a short space of time and I’m looking forward to building on this in the future.”

Kevin Wood, head of LSH’s Oxford office, added: “I am delighted to welcome Leo. His considerable business experience gives him a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and he is a great asset to the team. Covering agency, valuation and lease advisory, asset management and planning and development , our 14-strong team offers a comprehensive consultancy service for all stages of the property lifecycle and Leo's appointment is part of our ongoing expansion."
