Blake Morgan’s conveyancing specialists in the Thames Valley have been shortlisted for a customer service accolade in the largest independent awards in the UK property industry.

The law firm’s Oxford office is in the running for the ESTAS (Estate Agent of the Year) Conveyancer Awards. Blake Morgan is the only Oxford firm to make the shortlist.

The awards measure firms on the level of customer service provided by conveyancers throughout the home moving process, based on research conducted through their clients.

Winners will be announced at a dinner at the Grosvenor House, London, on October 20.

The ESTAS are well-regarded as the nominations and results are based directly on client feedback.

Comments for Blake Morgan that contributed to the firm’s shortlisting include “extremely helpful, reliable and friendly,” “polite, friendly and super efficient,” “speedy and very cost effective,”, “clear and prompt and adept at dealing with unusual issues,” and “exceptional”.

Blake Morgan’s conveyancers are part of the firm’s Residential Property team, which provides an expert service to national and international clients on all types of property purchases and sales.

Jamie Sutton, partner in the conveyancing team at Blake Morgan, said: “We take our levels of customer service very seriously, because we know clients have a choice.

“We have always been very proud of the personal service that Blake Morgan provides, and are delighted that this has been recognised in the client feedback that has led to us being shortlisted for this award.”
