Property consultancy Bidwells' senior partner, Patrick McMahon, has announced that Fiona Norman from the Oxford office is among the company’s 2016 promotions.

Norman, who works for the rural division and has been based at the Bidwells’ Oxford office for almost five years, has been promoted to the position of divisional partner.

A total of 20 people from across Bidwells were promoted, 10 to partner level and 10 to associate.

McMahon said: "Teamwork, integrity, energy and excellence are at the heart of what makes Bidwells such a great place to work. I am therefore delighted to announce so many promotions for 2016. Everyone has worked exceptionally hard as always, and these promotions are in recognition of the remarkable contribution they have each made to the success of the firm.

"This is an incredibly exciting year for Bidwells as we move into a great new era for the firm and focus harder on our key chosen markets within the Golden Triangle of Oxford, Cambridge and London and the rural markets across England and Scotland."
