New York loft-style workspace opens in Bristol

Castle Park, near Temple Meads in Bristol, is to welcome a New York loft-style workspace. Boultbee Brooks is refurbishing the building to offer range of facilities include a gym and shower facilities, concierge service, coffee shop and co-working spaces, bike spaces, EV and bike charging points, roof terrace and landscaped courtyard.
Law firm Irwin Mitchell LLP, 5Values Consulting Group and planning and development company Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners, have all taken space at the site.
Irwin Mitchell has leased 6928 sq ft over a single floor.
Technology recruitment specialists 5Values Consulting Group, have also moved into the building, occupying 4882 sq ft and Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners have taken 1563 sq ft of office space.
