New hybrid working space to open in Brighton
IWG will open a 7,000 sq. ft flexible workspace in Brighton’s Churchill Square Shopping Centre.
The centre is located within walking distance of Brighton’s main train station, beach and the centre itself will feature a mix of co-working spaces and meeting rooms.
The space is IWG's third location in Brighton and marks the latest step in their retail space conversion strategy. The firm confirmed that, in order to meet demands of changing work practices, they intend to open 1000 spaces across the UK in the next year.

The latest space in Brighton will see IWG convert a unit vacated by JD Sports in 2020 in the Churchill Square Shopping Centre. The property is managed by landlord abrdn.
