New business park and hotel for Gloucester
A new mixed-use development on the former Interbrew site on Eastern Avenue in Gloucester has been given planning go-ahead by Gloucester City Council.
To be called Access Park, it will include six employment units, a DIY retail warehouse, a Burger King Drive Thru and a 44-bed hotel.
The 5.29 acre site, which was once open storage and lorry parking, is bounded by Metz Way to the south west, with the railway embankment to the North West, (with development at the Railway Triangle beyond).
The site was previously operated by Whitbread drinks company and its successors as a distribution centre to the trade but has been vacant since September 2017.
