Savills, jointly with Hanover Green, has launched 37,088 sq ft of extensively refurbished office space at the Quantum building in Maidenhead. The works included the addition of two roof terraces and a new café.
Following the refurbishment, the property is the only office building outside of the town centre to offer roof terrace space, providing both a communal terrace and a private terrace for third floor occupiers. The new café is open to both occupiers and others on the business park creating an environment of collaboration. Additional features include showers on each floor, LED lighting and cycle storage.
Located on the popular Vanwall Business Park the office space is available in suites from 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m) on the ground, first and third floors.
Stuart Chambers, associate in the office agency team at Savills, commented: “The way people work is changing and the refurbishment that was undertaken at Quantum reflects this. New spaces have been created to encourage collaboration and a sense of community for occupiers. We are delighted to launch this Grade A space to the market.”
