McKay Securities plc has pre-let the first floor of Building 5 (4,231 sq ft) at the Switchback Office Park, Maidenhead, to Colemans Solicitors LLP on a 10-year lease which will begin when refurbishment is complete.
Switchback Office Park consists of six units totalling 37,450 sq ft on which McKay has been carrying out a rolling refurbishment programme since it bought the property in 2008, and this is the last of the refurbished units.
Simon Perkins, chief executive of McKay, commented: “The letting progress mirrors the recovery in the western corridor, with the rent achieved more than double that of five years ago.”
Lambert Smith Hampton and Duncan Bailey Kennedy acted for McKay.
