Property consultant Kempton Carr Croft has appointed Julia Garrard, a chartered surveyor, who has joined the general practice team from Chiltern & South Bucks District Council, bringing with her over 12 years’ experience in the industry.
In her role Garrard will be active in all aspects of general practice work including valuations, landlord & tenant matters, rent reviews and lease renewals.
