Leading technology manufacturer relocates to Bromsgrove
Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has sold a substantial detached office building in Bromsgrove to a world-leading technology manufacturer.
SEADA Technology Ltd is a global manufacturer of video wall controllers, conference technology and professional AV solutions.
The property, which measures 6,547 sq ft, consists of a modern detached two storey office building with a central reception and office accommodation on the ground and first floors. The offices are on Saxon Business Park which is a much sought after location on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre, close to the M5 and M42 motorways.
SEADA, which won a Queens Award for Enterprise in 2019, installs video wall controller applications worldwide with support from its partners. Its mission is to offer the most innovative and cost-effective solutions for its customers in video wall controller applications.
Having outgrown their office in Redditch, they were looking for larger premises to support their expansion plans.
