Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon has sold a substantial detached office building in Bromsgrove to a world-leading technology manufacturer.

SEADA Technology Ltd is a global manufacturer of video wall controllers, conference technology and professional AV solutions.

The property, which measures 6,547 sq ft, consists of a modern detached two storey office building with a central reception and office accommodation on the ground and first floors. The offices are on Saxon Business Park which is a much sought after location on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre, close to the M5 and M42 motorways.

SEADA, which won a Queens Award for Enterprise in 2019, installs video wall controller applications worldwide with support from its partners. Its mission is to offer the most innovative and cost-effective solutions for its customers in video wall controller applications.

Having outgrown their office in Redditch, they were looking for larger premises to support their expansion plans.

Michelle Chien from SEADA Technology said: "Moving to Bromsgrove has meant that we can not only get a huge office space for our whole team but also be located close to where our staff members live’

Demand for freehold commercial property remains very high, according to Mr Pugh. "Premium rates are being achieved for the sale of freehold commercial property and Bromsgrove’s popularity as a location has increased as a result of the pandemic as office occupiers move out of Birmingham’
