Knight Frank make key South East and Life Sciences appointments
Knight Frank has made two key appointments to strengthen its position in the South East property market and life sciences sector.
The London-headquartered firm has appointed Roddy Abram as head of South East and Greater London Offices and Emma Goodford as head of Life Sciences and Innovation.

Having joined Knight Frank in 2004, Abram has 15 years’ experience in the South East and Greater London markets, advising on flagship projects including White City Place, Here+Now in Reading and Tempo in Maidenhead.
Leading the firm’s life sciences and innovation team, Goodford will drive collaboration across the UK as well as with Knight Frank’s US occupier services partner, Cresa, which has an established life sciences offer in the core markets of Boston, Washington DC, San Francisco, San Diego, and Seattle.
Goodford is one of the best known office advisers in the South East and Greater London office markets and moves from her role as head of national offices specialising in the Greater London, M25, Thames Valley and wider SE Home Counties where she has 32 years' experience.
The UK team is appointed on key life sciences developments such as Brockton Everlast’s Cambridge Science Park. Recent standout deals include Brookfield Properties’ £714 million acquisition of Arlington, a science, innovation, and technology platform comprising 36 assets across science campuses in the Golden Triangle, and Alpha Real Capital’s £38.7 million sale of the Phase 1000 Cambourne Business Park in Cambridge, comprising over 100,000 square feet of office and lab space.
Will Foster has also been promoted to head of leasing for South East and Greater London Offices. Foster has 24 years’ market experience across the South East and a broad range of clients including, M&G, Tritax, L&G, Canmoor and Surrey County Council.
