Glenmore Business Park is a new development of 14 units within an established commercial area of Kidlington with close proximity to the A4260, A34, M40 London to Birmingham motorway and London Oxford Airport.

Leading Edge Aviation has taken unit 10, a 1,065 sq ft light industrial unit. The area is increasingly popular with industrial, office and hi-tech companies due to the nearby major road and air networks. Only one unit currently remains, unit 12, which is built to the exact same specification. This unit is also being marketed by White Commercial Surveyors.

Andy McFarlane, CEO at Leading Edge Aviation, said: “The facility at Glenmore Business Park is in an ideal location and built to a high standard which is exactly what we need, to represent our growing business.”

Harvey White, commercial property negotiator at White Commercial Surveyors, said: “This letting to Leading Edge Aviation is synonymous with the region’s expertise in high technology businesses. Oxfordshire is notable for the excellence and skill of innovation, enterprise and research within the county. Leading Edge Aviation has successfully acquired premises in close proximity to their existing base at London Oxford Airport.”
