Kent’s Chartway Partnerships Group expands to Sussex with new Crawley office
Chartway Partnerships Group, a land-led housebuilder based in Kent, has opened a new office in Crawley, Sussex, as part of plans to develop new homes in Sussex, Surrey and Essex.
The new office, Chartway’s first outside Kent, will help the group to create a regional structure. It will be home to members of its team including the both the Partnerships and PSP strategic asset management teams.
Group CEO of Chartway Partnerships Group, Steven Cresswell, said: "We are delighted to announce the opening of our new office in Crawley, which is a key milestone in our strategic growth plans. The Chartway vision is to deliver new homes for everyone, and our new office is a crucial part of that strategy.
“The South East of England presents a significant opportunity for us to develop high-quality, low-energy private sale, private rent and affordable homes for our housing association partners. The Crawley office will enable us to create new partnerships and expand our land acquisition programme to support our growth across Sussex, Surrey, and Essex."
