IM Properties £9m renovation project creates 75 jobs
Bourn, a recently renovated office building project that was overseen by Solihull-based IM Properties, has contributed to the creation of more than 75 new jobs.
The 90,000 sq ft building underwent a £9 million renovation and was recently let by tenant Corona Energy.
IM Properties performed the renovation with sustainability in mind, the office features its own app to allow sharing of energy and waste data, green spaces outside, and a number of other features.
