Hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke, the Thames Valley Property Awards will be held at Ascot Racecourse on 16 November.
Awards will be made across a total of 17 categories on the evening, from Property Deal of the Year to Young Property Person of the Year.
IBB Law is pleased to be sponsoring the award for Development of the Year.
Miles Eckersley of IBB said: "The Business Magazine's Thames Valley Property Awards provides a platform to recognise and celebrate the hard work and achievements of those working in the property sector and is therefore a perfect fit for our firm.
"IBB Law is delighted to be supporting these awards for the second year."
The IBB Law-sponsored award is for a non-residential development such as office, mixed-use, leisure or industrial – that has been completed, has funding or has recently received planning consent.
Judges will be assessing the impact of the development on, and its contribution to, the Thames Valley. Due to the nature of this award category, judges will consider a longer timeframe than 12 months, spec' schemes can be entered if both planning and funding is approved.
IBB Law has one of the largest real estate teams in the South East and provides expertise in all aspects of residential and commercial property and construction law with specialists in restrictive covenants, dilapidations, cladding issues, and general property disputes.
