Ogilvy Health, part of WPP, the British-based multinational communications and advertising company, is moving to Seacourt Tower in Oxford, one of the city's most recognisable business landmarks.

The company is relocating from Minns Business Park to modern third floor office workspace in the east wing of the iconic Seacourt Tower in Botley.

Ogilvy Health was established in an old video shop in Oxford 23 years ago. It works on branding in the healthcare sector. The company was acquired by Grey Health Group in 2003 which was then acquired by WPP, the world’s largest communications services group, employing 179,000 people worldwide.

VSL & Partners represented landlords Brockton Everlast and agreed a 5-year lease on 3,300 sq ft whilst WPP were represented by Hanover Green.

Brockton Everlast acquired Seacourt Tower in January 2020 which totals more than 176,000 sq ft of multi-let offices and retail warehousing. The tower is also occupied by Blake Morgan Solicitors, Bidwells, Grant Thornton, Reed and Handelsbanken.

Richard Venables, director at VSL, said: “We were delighted to have transacted this deal through the COVID-19 lockdown and secured a new home for Ogilvy Health who wanted to modernise their office premises.

“We are now marketing the final office suite at Seacourt Tower on the ground floor of the west wing of the building comprising 4,276 sq ft and adjacent to Blake Morgan.”
