Hampshire: LetCo acquired by ambitious LSL Property Services

In support of its letting books acquisitions programme LSL Property Services plc has acquired LetCo Homes, the lettings and property management specialist based in Whiteley, Hampshire.

LetCo, which has primarily supported landlords in Hampshire and Sussex, was founded in 2006 and went on to grow significantly under the leadership of Director Robert Leatherland. In 2016 LetCo increased the footprint of the business by acquiring Portsmouth-based Top-Let.

All existing LetCo customers have been informed of the change of ownership but, as the business will continue to operate with its existing team ‘on hand’ (and from its current premises in Whiteley), it is expected that it will be very much business as usual for existing LetCo landlords and tenants.
