Hampshire: Evolution5 acquires John Smith Projects

Southampton-based construction consultancy Evolution5 has acquired Winchester construction consultancy John Smith Projects (JSP). The move sees Evolution5 expand to its third location across London and the South.

John Smith Projects is a Winchester based construction consultancy which has been established over 30 years and has delivered projects internationally. The team continues to be led by Andrew Wainewright and will remain in its city centre location after the transfer.

The investment represents an important strategic opportunity to enhance the services currently offered by both businesses. The JSP team has a strong track record of delivering projects to the residential sector which will further enhance Evolution5’s skillset. Similarly, Evolution5 will offer JSP clients access to its wider range of consultancy services which includes Construction Management and Principal Design roles.
